Repairs / Return Materials Authorization (RMA)

To send products to ECi for repair:

1. Complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form: MS Word | PDF;
2. Return the form to Joel Longoria, ECi Repair Services Account Manager (repairs@eci.aero),
   to obtain an RMA number;
3. Write the RMA number on the box and ship items to:

   Engine Components International
   ATTN: RMA #(ECi assigned number)
