Repair Requests

To send products to ECi for repair:

1. Complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form: MS Word | PDF;
2. Return the form to ECi by fax (210-820-8102) or email (sales-service@eci.aero) to obtain an RMA number;
3. Write the RMA number on the box and ship items to ECi.
