Repairs / Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
To send products to ECi for repair:
- Complete the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form: MS Word | PDF;
- Return the form to Joel Longoria, ECi Repair Services Account Manager (repairs@eci.aero),
to obtain an RMA number;
- Write the RMA number on the box and ship items to:
