Shipping & Handling Charges
Freight Charge: Products are weighed and posted under "Freight" on your invoice. If you use your freight/carrier account , there will be no charge posted on your invoice. If you do not have a freight/carrier account number, the freight will be charged according to your request. For freight quotes, please contact your Account Manager.
Drop Ship Charge: Beginning 01/01/12, all drop ship orders will be charged a drop ship fee of $75 per shipment.
Handling Charge: All orders will be charged a handling fee beginning 10/31/11. ECi's handling charges are based on the sum of the materials required to safely package and ship products. The handling charged is posted under "Handling" on your invoice. Weight and picking/pulling parts out of Inventory are NOT part of the handling fee calculation.

ALL BILLS PAYABLE IN U.S. FUNDS - SALES ARE F.O.B. FROM SHIPPING FACILITY
Seller will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit to buyer except to furnish documentation aid in filing claims. Claims or shortages will be made within 48 hours of shipments. Responsibility or payments of local, state, or federal laws of filing of certificates of exemption rests with the buyer. Merchandise will not be returned for warranty adjustment without prior approval.
Purchaser shall pay seller a service charge in the amount of $25.00 for checks returned by the purchaser's bank, provided however, that such service charge shall not be due and payable in the event such payment would result in the violation of the usury laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Returns and Restocking
Any products returned to ECi or credit for any reason other than an error on the part of ECi will bear a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from the credit. Returned goods are subject to inspection before acceptance.
